(a) if such member is in any way disqualified under the provisions of the Rules or any bye-laws of the society for voting in the affairs of the society of which he is a member or for being appointed as a director; or
(b) if, in the case of a credit society, the member is a habitual defaulter and no extension of time for payment of the instalments defaulted has been granted by the managing body;
(c) if, in the case of any other type of societies, the member is in arrears in any way in payment of his dues or is not loyal to the society as required under the bye-laws.
