        "content": "Chairman\n(a) The Chairman of the Assam Public Service Commission or a Member appointed by him.\nMembers\n(b) The Chief Secretary to the Government.\n(c) Commissioner of Hills Division.\n(d) Commissioner of Lower Assam Division\n(e) Commissioner or Upper Assam Division.\n(f) Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department.\n(g) Secretary to the Government, Development (P. & C.D.) Department.\n(h) Secretary to the Government, Personnel Department or any other Officer of the Personal Department nominated by the Chief Secretary to transact any business in a meeting of the Selection Board, there shall be present at least five members including the Chairman which shall form a quorum.",
