Section 14. Consequences of the breach of conditions.
14. If the grantee commits a breach of any of the conditions mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 13, the Revenue Officer may, after giving him an opportunity of being heard and after such enquiry as he deems necessary, terminate the grant and restore the land to the Bhoodan Board.
