Other Officers:\nThe manner of appointment, terms and conditions of service and powers and duties of the other officers of the University shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes, Rules and Regulations. However, Direct and indirect employment opportunities will be generated in the state with the establishment of the university. For example, the presence of well-developed center such a large number of people would lead to creation of Administrative jobs, courier, travel and residential services, in and around the campus ;\nThe employment generation would be in the following manners :-\n50% reservation for local people\n(A) IV grade employees\n(B) III grade employees\n(C) II grade employees\n(D) Faculty Staff\n40% reservation for local people\n20% reservation for local people\nOpen at international level",
