2. In sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Prevention
of Corruption Act, 1988 (Central Act No. 49 of 1988)
in its application to the State of Arunachal Pradesh,
after the words "Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973"
the words "or a Deputy Commissioner preferably with
legal background and sufficient judicial experience"
shall be inserted.
