        "content": "The State Council shall receive 100% financial grant from the State Government to meet its expenses on pay and allowances and other service benefits of its Registrar and other employees and also for meeting the accommodation, Stationary, Equip-ment, travelling / dearness allowance and other allowances, expenses, and the State Council's account shall be audited annually through the State Government authorities or a Chartered Accountant.",
