In the Arunachal Pradesh Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management\nAct, 2006 (Act No. 4 of 2006), in section 4, in sub-section (3), after\nclause (h), the following clause shall be added:-\n\"(i) From and out of the Gross State Domestic Product\n(GSDP), there shall be allowed an additional borrowing of two\npercent to the State Government in the financial year 2020-21 to\nfight Covid-19 Pandemic which had a serious negative impact\non the resources of the State Government.",
