            "content": "(a) \"Act\" means The Arunachal Pradesh District Based Entrepreneurs and Professionals, Incentive, Development and Promotional Act, 2015.",

            "content": "(b) \"District Based Entrepreneurs and Professionals\" means and includes any person or group of persons domiciled within the territorial jurisdiction of any District in Arunachal Pradesh, who are registered as a firm or a society or a company or as a contractor or a professional with appropriate authority of the State Government and has been given a work or works or assignments under the provisions of this Act.",

            "content": "(g) \"Domicile\" means and includes any person who has a permanent home or has resided in Arunachal Pradesh for a period of not less than 30 years and who has an intention to reside permanently in the state or any group of persons or firm or company or a contractor whose enterprise is established and located in the state.",

            "title": "Section 3(1)",

            "content": "(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, all works or assignments upto rupees ten crore under the State Government shall be executed or assigned in the manner provided in the Schedule to this Act.",

            "content": "(2) The State Government may from time to time by notification in the Official Gazette amend or revise the cost of work and its classification as provided in the Schedule.",

Power to give directions: The State Government may from time to time, give such general or special directions as it thinks fit, to any appropriate authority for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act and such appropriate authority shall comply with such directions issued under the Act.",

            "content": "5. Power to make rules: The State Government may by notification make rules for all or any of the provisions of this Act for carrying out the provisions of the Act. All rules made under this Act shall be laid before the State Legislature, as soon as, may be, it is made.",
