        "content": "Explanation :- For the purpose of this paragraph, the average requirements of the factory for each crushing season shall be the average of the quantities of cane crushed during the five crushing seasons preceding the relevant crushing season or 140 times the daily crushing capacity of the factory, whichever is less.",
