Protection of Acts done in good faith - No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall be instituted against the Government or any officer, authority or person empowered exercise the powers or perform the functions by or under this Act for anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done under this Act or under the rules or orders made thereunder.",
