Section 17 • THE ANDHRA PRADESH PUBLIC PREMISES (EVICTION OF UNAUTHORISED OCCUPANTS) ACT, 1968
Section 17. Delegation of powers
The Government may, by notification, direct that any power exercisable by them under this Act shall, subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the notification, be exercisable also by such officer of the Government as may be specified therein.
