        "content": "If the estate officer has reason to believe that any person is in unauthorized occupation of any public premises, the estate officer or any other officer authorized by him in this behalf may require such person or any other person to furnish information relating to the names and other particulars of the persons in occupation of the public premises and every person so required shall be bound to furnish the information in his possession.",
