Section 39 • THE ANDHRA PRADESH PANCHAYAT RAJ ACT, 1994
Section 39
A gram panchayat or a committee thereof may, at any of its meetings, call for require the executive authority to furnish any document in his custody, in so far as such document relates to any of the subjects included in the agenda for such meeting and the executive authority shall comply with every such requisition.
