        "content": "Penalty for contravention of provisions of clause (ii) of section 20 - Whoever contravenes the provisions of clause (ii) of section 20 shall be punishable on first conviction with imprisonment which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees or with both, and on any subsequent, conviction with imprisonment which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.",
