        "content": "(b) Where the Tribunal itself selects the land to be surrendered, not being the whole of land situated in a survey number or a sub-division or any land which lies in an un-surveyed area-the Tribunal shall obtain a provisional sub-divisional or survey sketch of such land from the Tahsildar of the Taluk in whose jurisdiction the land is situate.\n(c) Where, the Tribunal passes the final order accepting such surrender it shall authenticate the provisional sub-division or survey record in respect of the land so surrendered and accepted and forward the same together with the order under Section 10 to the Tahsildar concerned for further action to finalise the sub-division or survey under the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.",
