Nothing in this Act shall apply to:-\n(a) the Indian Red Cross Society, or to any other such institutions of a like nature;\n(b) Universities and other Educational Institutions;\n(c) Religious and Charitable Institutions; and\n(d) such other industrial establishments as the Government may by notification specify for purposes of all or any of the provisions of this Act.",
