Subject to any rules that may be made in this behalf, the Board may by order delegate any of its powers to the Vice-Chairman and Housing Commissioner or to any other officer of the Board.
The exercise of any powers delegated under this section shall be subject to such restrictions, limitations and conditions and to such control by the Board as may be specified in the order.
