        "content": "(i) the Commissioner shall be a member, ex-officio :\n[(i-b) the Chairman, Tirupathi Urban Development Authority constituted under the Andhra Pradesh Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975 (Act 1 of 1975) shall be a member Ex-officio;]\n(ii) the Executive Officer, shall be the Member-Secretary, Ex- Officio ;\n(iii) three shall be members of the State Legislature ;\n(iv) one shall be a person belonging to the Scheduled Castes ;\n(v) one shall be a woman :\n(a) a person to represent category (iv), where any of the persons appointed under category (iii) or category (v) belongs to the Scheduled Castes ;\n(b) a person to represent category (v) where any one of the persons appointed under category (iii) or category (iv) is a woman :",
