            "content": "AN ACT TO REPEAL CERTAIN ENACTMENTS OF THE STATE OF\nANDHRA PRADESH.\n\nBe it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Sixty-ninth\nyear of the Republic of India as follows:-",

            "content": "The repeal by this Act of any enactment/regulations shall not affect any other\nenactment in which the repealed enactment has been applied, incorporated or\nreferred to;\nand this Act shall not affect the validity, invalidity, effect or\nconsequences of anything already done or suffered, or any right, title,\nobligation or liability already acquired, accrued or incurred, or any remedy or\nproceeding in respect thereof, or any release or discharge of or from any debt,\npenalty, obligation, liability, claim or demand, or any indemnity already granted,\nor the proof of any past act or thing;\nnor shall this Act affect any principle or rule of law, or established\njurisdiction, form or course of pleading, practice or procedure, or existing\nusage, custom, privilege, restriction, exemption, office or appintment,\nnotwithstanding that the same respectively may have been in any manner\naffirmed or recognized or derived by, in or from any enactment hereby\nrepealed:\nnor shall the repeal by this Act of any enactment revive or restore any\njurisdiction, office, custom, liability, right, title, privilege, restriction,\nexemption, usage, practice, procedure or other matter or thing not now exist-\ning or in force;",
