        "content": "The Administrative Tribunal (Removal of Difficulties) (Amendment) Order, 1968\nPublished vide Notification No. LD/EST/14-160/67-68, dated 8-2-1968\ngoa290\nIn exercise of the powers conferred by Section 17 of the G. D. D. Administrative Tribunal Act, 1965 and in partial modification of the Government order No. LD/251/65 dated 18-6-1965, the Lt. Governor of Goa, Daman and Diu hereby makes the following amendment to the Administrative Tribunal (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 1965, namely:-\n1.\nThis order may be called the Administrative Tribunal (Removal of Difficulties) (Amendment) Order, 1968.\n2.\nIt shall come into force at once.\n3.\nAfter clause 3 of the Administrative Tribunal (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 1965 the following proviso shall be inserted:-\n\"Provided that nothing in this clause shall apply in respect of the audit of institutions receiving grants from Government directly or indirectly\".",
