            "content": "Table of Fees Under Section 78 of The Registration Act, 1908\nG.O.Ms.No. 463, Revenue (Regn-1) Department), Dated: 17.08.2013, w.e.f. 1.9.2013\nAP039\nNotification\nG.O.Ms.No. 463, Revenue (Regn-1) Department), Dated: 17.08.2013.\nIn exercise of the powers conferred by section 78 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act XVI of1908), and in supersession of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No. 757, Revenue (Regn-I) Department, dated: 18.12.2001 and as subsequently amended from time to time and also the order issued in G.O.Ms.No. 476, Revenue (Regn-I) Department, dated: 25.07.2012, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby notifies the following rates of fees as shown in the \"Table of Fees\"\nRegistration Fees\n1.\nThe prescribed rates of Registration Fees are as follows:\nTable of Fees\n(Prepared under Section 78 of the Indian Registration Act, 1908 (XVI of 1908).\nCategory (1) :\nSl.No.\nDescription of instrument\nRegistration Fee\n1.\nSale\n0.50%\n2.\nGift\n0.5 % (Subject to a minimum of Rs.1000/- and maximum of Rs.10,000/-)\n3.\nSettlement\n0.5% (subject to a minimum of Rs.1000/- and maximum of Rs.10,000/-)\n4.\nExchange\n0.5%\n5.\nAgreement of Sale cum General Power of Attorney\nRs.2000/-\n6.\nAgreement of Sale cum General Power of Attorney\n0.5 % (Subject to a maximum of Rs. 20,000/-)\n7.\nRelease\n0.5% (subject to a minimum of Rs. 1,000/-and maximum of Rs .10,000/-)\n8.\nPower of Attorney for Consideration\n0.5% (subject to a minimum of Rs.1,000/-and maximum of Rs.20,000/-)\n9.\nPower of attorney given to sell/ construct/develop.transfer of immovable property\n0.5% (subject to a minimum of Rs.1,000/- and maximum of Rs.20,000/-)\n10.\nAgreement to sell/construct/ develop of immovable property\n0.5% (subject to a minimum of Rs.1,000/-and maximum of Rs.20,000/-)\n11.\nCertificate of sale\n0.5%\n12.\ndecree\n0.5%\n13.\nConveyance\n0.5%\n14.\nParipassu Charge\n0.5%\nCategory (2):\nSl.No.\nDescription of instrument\nRegistration Fee\n1.\nLease\n0.1%\n2.\nLicense\n0.1%\n3.\nMortgage\n0.1%\n4.\nDeposit of Title Deeds\n0.1%\n(subject to a maximum of Rs.10,000/-)\n5.\nRelease of Deposit of Title Deeds\nRs.1,000/-\nThe value taken for charging stamp duty shall be the value for Registration fee.\nCategory (3):\nSl.No.\nDescription of instrument\nRegistration Fee\n1.\nAgreement relating to Pawn/Pledge/Hypothecation of Movable property/ Machinery/Material/Stock\n0.5% (subject to a minimum of Rs. 1,000/- and maximum of Rs. 5,000/-)\n2.\nPartition/Award directing partition\nRs. 1,000/-\n3.\nRectification/Ratification/Cancellation of any Deed\nRs. 1,000/-\n4.\nAttestation of Special Power of Attorney\nRs.1,000/-\n5.\nGeneral Power of Attorney other than sale\nRs.1,000/-\n6.\nPrivate Attendance\nRs.1,000/-\n7.\nRegistration of Documents on Holiday\nRs.5,000/-\n8.\nWill Enquiry or Authority to adopt\nRs.1,000/-\n9.\nDeposit of Sealed Cover/Opening of Sealed Cover of Wills\nRs.1,000/-\n10.\nIn case of all other documents where the transaction is not susceptible of money valuation\nRs.1,000/-\nCategory (4):\nAll other categories of documents which are not covered in the category (1), (2) and (3): The Registration Fee is Rs. 500/- per document.\nFurther, the following fees are prescribed for issue of certified copies of documents as well as Encumbrance Certificate:\n(I) Conducting search and issue of certified copy - Rs.200/- per certificate:\n(II) Conducting search and issue of Encumbrance Certificates:\n(a)\nupto 30 years -\nRs.200/- per certificate.\n(b)\nMore than 30 years -\nRs.500/- per certificate.",
