        "content": "sector (including review of laws related to real estate sector) or any other matter, make a\nreference to the Authority for its opinion on possible effect, of such policy or law on real\nestate sector and on the receipt of such a reference, the Authority shall within  a period of\nsixty days of making such reference, give its opinion to the appropriate Government which\nmay therafter take further action as it deems fit.\n(2) The opinion given by the Authority under sub-section ( 1) shall not be binding\nupon the appropriate Government in formulating such policy or laws.\n(3) The Authority shall take suitable measures for the promotion of advocacy, creating\nawareness and imparting training about laws relating to real estate sector and policies.",
