        "content": "(a) District Level Review and Monitoring Committee.\n(b) Constitution of city squad/task force: - The district administration shall ensure constitution of city squad/task force consisting of administrative as well as ULB officials and members from the community to enforce implementation in the jurisdiction of local body. The city squad shall consist of following members:\n(b) Constitution of city squad/task force:\n(i) Officials of District Administration\n(ii) Officials of the ULB (Municipal Commissioner/Executive Officer/City Manager/Asst. Engineer).\n(iii) Officials of Police Department (Inspector/Sub-inspector).\n(iv) Officials of State Pollution Control Board (Regional Officers/AEEs/Scientist)\n(v) Members from Local NGOs\n(vi) Members from SHGs\nChapter-VII\nUsers Fee and Fine",
