        "content": "(i) for the punctuation full stop the punctuation colon shall be substituted; and\n(ii) below sub-section (3), the following shall be inserted, namely :- \"Provided that when a dispute or difference is raised in conciliation proceeding, the period taken in such proceeding shall be excluded in calculating the period of three years.\".\n\"(4) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-sections (1), (2) and (3) above, dispute or difference between the workman and his employer, connected with or arising out of discharge, dismissal, retrenchment or termination shall not be deemed to be an industrial dispute unless such dispute or difference is not raised in conciliation proceeding within a period of three years from the date of such discharge, dismissal, retrenchment or termination:",
