            "content": "(aa)\nwhere the mining lease is granted on the basis\n\t\t\t\tof auction-\n(i)\nwhere the lease purports to be for a term less\n\t\t\t\tthan one year;\nThe same duty as a Bond (No. 15) for the whole\n\t\t\t\tamount payable or deliverable under such lease.\n(ii)\nwhere the lease purports to be for a term of not\n\t\t\t\tless than one year but not more than five years;\nThe same duty as a Bond (No. 15) for the amount\n\t\t\t\tor value of the average annual royalty reserved.\n(iii)\nwhere the lease purports to be for a term\n\t\t\t\texceeding five years but . not exceeding ten years;\nThe same duty as a Conveyance (No. 23) for a\n\t\t\t\tmarket value equal to the amount or value of one and, half times\n\t\t\t\tthe average annual royalty reserved.\n(iv)\nwhere the lease purports to be for )/a term\n\t\t\t\texceeding ten years but not / exceeding twenty years;\nThe same duty as a Conveyance (No. 23) for a\n\t\t\t\tmarket value equal to three times the amount or value of average\n\t\t\t\tannual royalty reserved.\n(v)\nwhere the lease purports to be for a term\n\t\t\t\texceeding twenty years but not exceeding thirty years;\nThe same duty as a Conveyance (No. 23) for a\n\t\t\t\tmarket value equal to five times the amount or value of the\n\t\t\t\taverage annual royalty reserved.\n(vi)\nwhere the lease purports to be for a term\n\t\t\t\texceeding thirty years but not exceeding one hundred years;\nThe same duty as a Conveyance (No. 23) for a\n\t\t\t\tmarket value equal to eight times the amount or value of the\n\t\t\t\taverage annual royalty reserved.\n(vii)\nwhere the lease purports to be for a term\n\t\t\t\texceeding one hundred years or in perpetuity;\nThe same duty as a Conveyance (No. 23) for a\n\t\t\t\tmarket value equal to or one-fourth of the whole amount of\n\t\t\t\troyalty which would be paid or delivered in respect of the first\n\t\t\t\ttwelve and half years of the lease.\n(viii)\nwhere the lease does not purport to be for any\n\t\t\t\tdefinite term;\nThe same duty as a Conveyance (No. 23) for a\n\t\t\t\tmarket value equal to three times the amount or value of the\n\t\t\t\taverage annual royalty, which would be paid or delivered for the\n\t\t\t\tfirst ten years if the lease continued so long, and (c) of this\n\t\t\t\tArticle shall be Provided that nothing contained in clause (b)\n\t\t\t\tapplicable in respect of this clause.",
