        "content": "(i) the conditions under which students shall be admitted to courses of studies for degrees, diplomas and other academic distinctions;\n(ii) conditions governing the appointment and the duties of examiners;\n(iii) conduct of examinations;\n(iv) recognition of teachers of the University;\n(v) the conditions of residence, conduct and discipline of the students of the University;\n(vi) the recognition of hostels;\n(vii) the inspection of approved and recognized institutions and hostels;\n(viii) rules to be observed and enforced by approved and recognized institutions in respect of transfer of students;\n(ix) the mode of execution of contracts or agreements for, or on behalf of the University;\n(x) all other matters which, by or under this Act may be required to be provided.",
