(a) if two days before the date of hearing the record has not been received or the matter is otherwise incomplete.
(b) If before the date of hearing, death of a party is announced and thereby adjournment is necessitated; on such adjournment the Registry shall initiate appropriate action in the matter in order to get the matter ready for listing.
(c) If before two days of hearing counsel for the parties agree for adjustment on account of some difficulty, then the adjustment be made and next date of hearing shall be given by the Registrar (Judicial) according to the convenience of the parties.
