(i) belonging to the villages falling in the same Patwar Circle;
(ii) belonging to the other villages whose boundaries adjoin the boundaries of the village in which surplus land is situate, if surplus land is still available after making allotment to the eligible persons mentioned in (i) above in accordance with the procedure laid down in paragraph 4 and sub-clauses (1) and (2) of this paragraph.
