(a) "Executive Officer" means the Executive Officer of the committee;
(b) "form" means form appended to these bye-laws;
(c) "job porter" means a person who carries goods for hire for reward;
(d) "licence" means a licence issued under these bye-laws;
(e) "Secretary" means the Secretary of a committee.
