        "content": "(1) The Regional Development Authority shall set up a Grievances Redressal Committee comprising of such number of its members and officers, as may be decided by it to redress the grievances and resolve the disputes originating from any stakeholder in the Special Investment Region.\n(2) Any person aggrieved by the decision of Grievances Redressal Committee may appeal to the Disputes Resolution Forum set up by the Apex Authority comprising of such number of members and officers as may be decided by it.\n(3) For the purpose of deciding the disputes, the Grievances Redressal Committee and the Disputes Resolution Forum shall frame the guidelines including the time frame in this regard and follow the principles of natural justice while dealing with the grievances.",
