9AB. Every Minister and the Deputy Minister may undertake or
perform journey alongwith co-traveller by air from the nearest airport from his
residence to and fro in any part of India on three occassions in each year:
1. Sections 9A and 9B were inserted by Guj. 18 of 1982, s.4.
2. Sections 9AA and 9AB were inserted by Guj. 20 of 1998, s. 2, Sch., Sr. No. 3, item 7.
