(1) Any person who desires to be registered provisionally under section\r\n25 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, shall make an application in the\r\nprescribed form to the Registrar and shall pay ?\r\n[the prescribed fee].\r\n(2) Every person whose name is entered in the register under subsection (I) shall be given a certificate of provisional registration in the\r\nprescribed form. Such certificate shall remain in force for such period as may\r\nbe specified therein.",
