        "content": " The State Government may call for and examine the record of any order or proceedings of any\r\nlive-stock officer for the purpose of satisfying itself as to the legality or propriety of any order passed\r\nby such officer and as to the regularity of the proceedings of such officer. If in any case it shall\r\nappear to the State Government that any order or proceedings so called for should be modified,\r\nannulled or reversed, it may pass such order as it may deem fit.",
