        "content": "The Village patel and all members of the village police and all officers of the departments of\r\nrevenue, agriculture, animal husbandry and veterinary science or of such other department as the\r\nState Government may direct shall be bound-\r\n(a) to give immediate information to a live-stock officer of the commission of any offence,\r\nor the intention or preparation to commit any offence punish able under this Act which may\r\ncome to their knowledge;\r\n(b) to take all reasonable measures in their power to prevent the commission of any such\r\noffence which they know or have reason to believe is about to be committed; and\r\n(c) to assist any live-stock officer in carrying out the provisions of this Act.",
