(i) that construction of dams and weirs shall be prohibited;
(ii) that the minimum size of the mesh of the fishing net shall not be less than 4 inches square;
(iii) that the use of Mahajal or Berjal, for the purposes of catching fish shall be not be permitted;
(iv) that the lease for these fisheries shall be for a period of six months only from the 1st October to the 31st March, and they shall remain reserved for the rest of the year :
