(a) to the District Probation Officer a monthly report on the progress of each probationer placed under his supervision (in Form VIII) and copies of pre-sentence report and of other reports submitted to a Court of District Magistrate; and
(b) to the Chief Probation Officer and the District Probation Officer such periodical reports and statistics as may be required.
