(a) not less than 30 years of age;
(b) a resident of the Union Territory of Delhi;
(c) in a position to devote adequate time to supervision of probationers;
(d) a person having sufficient practical experience in social welfare work or in teaching or in moulding of character; and
(e) fully conversant with the Act and these rules.
