        "content": "(1) to make provision for imparting education in different branches of study of Horticulture and other allied branches of learning and scholarship, [and to streamline the Horticultural Education affiliate, recognize the College imparting Horticultural Sciences or any other courses as may be prescribed by the authorities,]\n(2) to further the advancement of learning and conduct research, particularly in horticulture and other allied sciences;\n(3) to undertake the extension of such sciences/technologies specially for the rural people of the State:\n(4) to have collaboration in research projects having multidisciplinary approach, and academic programmes with other universities or reputed institutes ;\n(5) Such other purpose as the University may, from time to time, determine.",
