            "content": "(a) 'Act' means the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957);\n(b) 'Authority' means the Delhi Development Authority constituted under section 3 of the Act.",

            "title": "3. Conduct of business.",

            "content": "(a) an ordinary meeting shall be held at least once in every month:\n(b) the Chairman or the Vice-Chairman may, whenever he thinks fit, and shall upon the written request of not less than two members, call an extraordinary meeting;\n(c) a notice for an ordinary meeting and an extraordinary meeting shall not be less than three days and 24 hours respectively;\n(d) no business shall be transacted at any meeting unless at least four members are present from the beginning to the end of the meeting;\n(e) every meeting shall, if the Chairman is present be presided over by him and if he is absent, the Vice-Chairman. If neither is present, it shall be presided over by such one of the members present as may be chosen by the meeting;\n(f) all questions shall be decided by a majority of votes of the members present and voting, the persons presiding having a second or casting vote in all cases of equality of votes;\n(g) If a poll be demanded, the names of the members voting and the nature of their votes shall be recorded by the person presiding;\n(h) minutes shall be kept of the names of the members present of the proceedings at each meeting in a book to be provided for this purpose, which shall be signed at the ensuing meeting by the person presiding at such meeting, and shall be open to inspection by any member during office hours; and\n(i) no person shall be entitled to object to the text of the minutes of any meeting unless he was present at the meeting to which they relate.",
