            "content": "Recruitment Regulations for the Post of Deputy Director in Delhi Development Authority\nRecruitment Regulations for the Post of Deputy Director in Delhi Development Authority\n1.\nName of post\n:\n:\nDeputy Director\n2.\nNo. of posts\n:\n:\n*41 *subject to variation dependent on work load.\n3.\nClassification\n:\n:\nGroup \"A\".\n4.\nScale of pay\n:\n:\nRs. 3000-100-3500-125-4500 (Pre-revised).\n5.\nWhether selection post or non-selection post.\n:\n:\nSelection.\n6.\n(a) Age limit for direct recruitment\n:\n:\nNot applicable.\n(b) Whether benefit of any added years of service admissible\n\t\t\t\tunder Rule 30 of CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972.\n:\n:\nNot applicable.\n7.\nEducational and other qualifications required for direct\n\t\t\t\trecruits.\n:\n:\nNot applicable.\n8.\nWhether age and educational qualifications prescribed for the\n\t\t\t\tdirect recruits will apply in the case of promotees and\n\t\t\t\tdeputationists.\n:\n:\nNot applicable,\n9.\nPeriod of probation, if any.\n:\n:\n2 Years.\n10.\nMethod of recruitment, whether by direct recruitment or by\n\t\t\t\tpromotion or transfer or by deputation and percentage of the\n\t\t\t\tvacancies to be filled by various methods.\n:\n:\n(i) 75% of the posts by promotion failing which by deputation. A minimum of five years\n\t\t\t\tregular service in the feeder cadre would be necessary for\n\t\t\t\tpromotion.\nDeputation\nDeputation\nFrom State Civil Service Officers with at least six years of\n\t\t\t\tservice.\n12.\nIf a DPC exists what is its composition.\n:\n:\nGroup 'A' DPC.\n13.\nSaving.\n:\n:\nNothing in these regulations shall effect\n\t\t\t\treservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions\n\t\t\t\trequired to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled\n\t\t\t\tTribes, Ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in\n\t\t\t\taccordance with the orders issued by the Central Govt./Delhi\n\t\t\t\tDevelopment Authority from time to time in this regard.\n14.\nDisqualification.\n:\n:\nNo person who has entered into or contracted a second marriage\n\t\t\t\twhen his/her spouse is alive.\n15.\nPower to relax.\n:\n:\nWhen the Chairman is of the opinion that it is\n\t\t\t\tnecessary or expedient so to do, he may by order, for reasons to\n\t\t\t\tbe recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of those\n\t\t\t\tregulations in respect of any class or category or persons or\n\t\t\t\tposts.",
