            "content": "Note. - In case of any difference in the interpretation or understanding of the provisions of the Hindi version of these Regulations with those of the English version (the original version), the latter will prevail and in case of any dispute in this regard, the decision of the Commission shall be final and binding.\nNote.\nSchedule I\nFee and Charges\nFee and Charges\nS. No.\nDescription\nFees/Charges\n1.\nAdjudication of dispute regarding availability\n of transmission facility under the second proviso to sub-section\n (2) of Section 9 under the Central Act, to be paid by the person\n who has referred such dispute to the Commission.\nRs. 10,000 for the first one MW of transmission\n capacity sought and Rs. 1,000 per MW thereafter, subject to a\n maximum of Rs. 1,00,000\n2.\nPetition for grant of exemption form license or\n review petition under Section 13 of the Central Act.\nFees as may be specified at the time of filing\n application/petition subject to minimum of Rs. 5,000\n3.\nAnnual fee for the licensee/deemed licensee who\n has taken exemption from license under Section 13 of the Central\n Act.\nFees as may be specified at the time of filing\n petition, subject to a minimum of Rs. 5,000\n4.\nLicense fee on the grant of licence under\n Section 14 of the Central Act -\n(a) to transmit\n electricity as a transmission licensee;\n(b) to case of a\n Transmission Licence, the annual licence fee shall be calculated\n based on the approved/ estimated aggregate quantum of\n transmission capacity contracts for the ensuing financial year.\n(iii) In the case of\n a Distribution Licence and a Trading Licence, the annual licence\n fee shall be calculated based on the approved/estimated revenue\n from the sale of electricity for the ensuing financial year.\n(iv) Where the actual\n transmission capacity contracted or actual revenue from the sale\n of electricity, as the case may be, differs from the\n approved/estimated level used for the purpose of these\n regulations, the excess or shortfall in licence fee, calculated\n based on the actual transmission capacity contracts or actual\n revenue, as the case may be, shall be adjusted against the annual\n licence fee for the following year.\n(v) In the case of Chhattisgarh State\n Electricity Board which so long as it continues to function as\n the State transmission utility and licensee as per the provisions\n of Section 172 (a) of Central Act, it has to pay annual licence\n fee in advance at the commencement of the financial year, as per\n the rate as mentioned against (b) above (for Distribution\n license).\n(a) Rs. 1,000 per MW of transmission capacity\n contracts in force during the year or part thereof, subject to a\n minimum of Rs. 1,00,000 and maximum of Rs. 10,00,000\n(b) 0.03 per cent of revenues from the sale of\n electricity.\n(c) 0.03 per cent of revenues from the sale of\n electricity.\n6.\nApplication seeking prior approval under Section\n 17 of the Central Act\n0.01 per cent of the value of the transactions\n for which approval is sought, subject to a minimum of Rs.\n 2,00,000 and maximum of Rs. 15,00,000\n7.\nApplication for\n amendment of licence under Section 18 of the Central Act\n(a) by licensee\n(b) by any person other than a licensee\n(a) Rs. 1,00,000\n(b) Rs. 50,000\n8.\nApplication for\n revocation of licence under directly\n connected to the distribution system of a Distribution Licensee\n or by person who has constructed, maintains and operates a\n Captive Generating Plant.\n(c) referred by consumer\n(a) Rs. 5,00,000\n(b) Rs. 25,000\n(c) Rs. 5,000\n13.\n(a) Determination of tariff under the provisions\n of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 62, for supply of\n electricity by a generating company to a distribution licensee\n(i) Conventional fuel based (coal, oil etc.)\n plant\n(ii) Non-conventional & Renewable Sources of\n Energy, including co-generation.\n(b) Annual/base year determination of tariff for\n transmission of electricity under the provisions of clause (b) of\n sub-section (1) of Section 62.\nNote : Fees are payable whether such\n determination is upon application by the licensee or by any other\n person or suo moto determination by the Commission.\nNote :\n(c) Annual/base year determination of tariff for\n retail sale of electricity under the provisions of clause (d) Commission.\nNote:\n(d) Annual/base year determination of tariff for\n integrated utility/deemed licence,\nNote: Fees are payable whether such\n determination is upon application by the licensee or by any other\n person or suo moto determination by the Commission.\nNote:\n(i) Rs. 5,00,000 for capacity upto 100 MW.\n(ii) Rs. 1,00,000 upto 10 MW Rs. 2,000 for\n additional MW or part thereof capacity.\n(b) Rs. 10,00,000.\n(c) Rs. 10,00,000\n(d) Rs. 25,00,000\n14.\nPetition/application for approval of process or\n price for power purchase or procurement by distribution licensee,\n
