        "content": "(b) Person who has held office as Chairman or Member shall be eligible for further appointment for one more term.\n(c) No person shall be eligible for the post of Chairman or Full Time Member or Part Time Member who has held or is holding an office with any of the Private Universities established under the Act or Private Universities established outside the State of Chhattisgarh.\n(a) has made default in performing any duty imposed on him by or under the Act, or\n(b) has acted in manner prejudicial to the interest of the Regulatory Commission, or\n(c) is incapable of managing the affairs of the Regulatory Commission, the visitor may notwithstanding the fact that the term of office has not expired, by an order in writing, recording the reasons therein, require the Chairman/Member to relinquish his office as from such date as may be specified in the order :",
