            "content": "(a) \"Act\" means in case of Municipal Corporation the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 (No. 23 of 1956) and in case of Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayats the Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961 (No. 37 of 1961);\n(b) \"Competent Authority\" means in relation to Municipal Corporation, the Municipal Commissioner, and in relation to Municipal Council and the Nagar Panchayat, the Chief Municipal Officer;\n(c) \"Form\" means the form appended to these rules;\n(d) \"Information\" means the information listed in column 2 of the Schedule attached to and forming part of these rules;\n(e) \"Municipality\" means Municipal Corporation, Municipal Council or Nagar Panchayat as the case may be;\n(f) \"Public Disclosure\" means the disclosure of information according to the mode listed in column 5 of the Schedule attached to and forming part of these rules;\n(g) \"Public Information Officer\" means the officer so designated in the Municipality under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (22 of 2005);\n(h) \"Schedule\" means the Schedule attached to these rules and forming part of it.",
