Section 46 • THE CHHATTISGARH KUSHABHAU THAKRE PATRAKARITA AVAM JANSANCHAR UNIVERSITY ACT, 2004
Section 46. Constitution of Committees
Where any authority of the University is given power by this Act, or Statute to appoint committees, such committees shall, save as otherwise provided, consist of members of the authority concerned and of such other persons, if any, as the authority, in each case, may think fit.
