Section 21. Reward
21. The Court or the Licensing Officer, as the case may be, may permit or order payment of a reward to such persons on whose information the contravention of any of the provisions of this Act or rules made thereunder was conclusively detected, of an amount not exceeding one-fourth of the fine and/or the value of forfeited and/or confiscated property.
