        "content": "(a) A scheme to provide meals, free of charge, to pregnant women and lactating mothers as specified under Section 4;\n(b) A scheme to provide meals through local anganwadis, free of charge, to children as specified under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 5;\n(c) A scheme to provide mid day meal, free of charge, to -students up to class VIII as specified under clause (b) of sub-section ( 1) of Section 5;\n(d) A scheme to provide food items to students as specified under Section 6;\n(e) A scheme to provide meals to malnourished children as specified under Section 7;\n(f) A scheme providing for setting up of Annapoorna Dal Bhat centers for providing meals, free of charge, to destitute and homeless persons as specified in Section 8 and Chapter-IV;\n(g) A scheme to provide meals, free of charge, in emergency and disaster affected persons as specified under Section 9;\n(h) A scheme for maintenance of such buffer stock of foodgrains to be maintained by local bodies, to provide meals, free of charge, to persons identified under Chapter-IV destitute and homeless persons, as may be specified in such scheme:\nChapter-VI\nFinancial Responsibility of The State Government",
