(i) "Act" means the Chhattisgarh Audyogik Nivesh Protsahan Adhiniyam, 2002 (No. 7 of 2002) ;
(ii) "Table" means a table of these rules ;
(iii) "Section" means a section of the Act;
(iv) "State" means the State of Chhattisgarh;
(v) The words and expressions used in these rules but not defined therein shall have the meaning respectively as assigned to them in the Chhattisgarh Audyogik Nivesh Protsahan Adhiniyam, 2002 (No. 7 of 2002).
