        "content": "(1) in section 2, after clause (xii) the following shall be inserted, namely:-\" (xii-a) \"heritage area\" means the heritage area as defined in clause (i) of section 2 of the Champaner-Pavagadh Archeological Park World Heritage Area Management Authority Act, 2006\" (Gujarat 28 of 2006); (2) in section 3, to sub-section (3), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:- Provided further that in the case of the heritage area, the development area or urban development area declared under this Act shall be conterminous with Heritage area.\";\n(xii-a) \"heritage area\" means the heritage area as defined in clause (i) of section 2 of the Champaner-Pavagadh Archeological Park World Heritage Area Management Authority Act, 2006\" (Gujarat 28 of 2006);\n(2) in section 3, to sub-section (3), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-\n(3) in section 22 to sub-section (1), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-\n(4) after section 123, the following section shall be inserted, namely:-\nConsequences of constitution of the Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park World Heritage Area Management Authority. - \"123A Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, with effect from the date of the constitution of the Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park World Heritage Area Management Auhtority under the Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park World Heritage Area Management Authority Act, 2006 (Gujarat 28 of 2006), such authority shall be the Area Development Authority or the Urban Development Authority for the area comprising the heritage area and shall exercise all the powers, perform duties and discharge functions under this Act as if it were Area Development Authority or Urban Development Authority constituted for the heritage area.\"\nConsequences of constitution of the Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park World Heritage Area Management Authority.",
