        "content": "When in\nany such mahal the settlement is made with the inferior proprietors, the Settlement-officer may direct that\nthe profits to which the superior proprietors are entitled under section forty-nine, shall be paid by the inferior\nproprietors direct to such superior proprietors, or that such profits shall be collected as if they were land-\nrevenue and shall be paid to the superior proprietors from the Government Treasury.",
