        "content": "Nothing in the Indian Limitation Act, 1877, and no agreement made after this Act comes into\nforce, shall bar the right of the malguzars of any mahal assessed with land-revenue to demand revenue\nin respect of any land which, having been taken into account in such assessment, has been held by\nany person without payment of revenue.\n\nThe Chief Commissioner may, in his discretion, exempt any case from the operation of this section.",
